i got complimentary executive suite with nice decor as an upgrade, nice gesture. the location was favourable, close to room.

Location close to the city center on the other and all restaurants, cafes and shopping mall and the centre of Baku. Great service, supper friendly staff. The rooms with half circle windows.

We loved the hotel and its nice breakfast.

Our room was brand-new and tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds, big space in addition, included breakfast, just what we needed. Coffee/tea makers and a fridge were a big plus. The hotel was in a central location close to old town.

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location next to old city and Nizami street. Walking distance to attractions, gardens, and beach. Clean and quiet hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Excellent room service and cozy breakfast room. Nice decoration in the room and delicious baklava as a treat.

My must haves' are a spotless, modern room with nice decor and very comfortable beds, for example. An electric kettle and a fridge are a nice touch.

Poorly trained staff!

This hotel is a hidden gem in a perfect location. It's tucked away from main roads but still right in the heart of the city center. The rooms have a unique touch with their half circle windows and nice decor. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offers a wide range of options to suit every taste.

All was fine during my stay.

The room was really spacious and had a coffee machine. The hotel's location was central and close to tourist sites. The staff went the extra mile for our needs.

I had a really enjoyable experience here, everything was very good, the location was magnificent close to the restaurants and the fountain square. All the services were great. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was ok, you can use it throughout the property.

The venue met every demand. We really enjoyed the view of the garden. The hotel's receptionist was very helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of food, catering to everyone's taste.

The hotel was ideal and stylish, though I stayed for 3 nights only. Its location at walking distance from Room was best possible. Plus the property was close to restaurants and cafés. Loved my time here.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with beautiful furnishings and decor. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

The breakfast was basic and lacking variety, which could be improved. Another issue we encountered was a leak from the air conditioning which made the floor slippery and potentially dangerous.
